Workshop Design & Customization

Q How do you work with clients to be sure the training fits?

A PerspectiveView offers a full range of workshops designed to answer practically every communication and relationship training need required by business organizations. Our recommendations are tailored to your needs. We don't have “routine” or “canned” responses to training needs. Before we make recommendations to you, we will meet with you and your staff, at no cost, to discuss your training needs and demonstrate how PerspectiveView will deliver the real, lasting results you expect from your training and development investment. PerspectiveView then has the flexibility to design and/or recommend which workshops or combination of workshops would best fit your needs. In other words, we work with you to identify your specific needs, then collaborate with you to finalize a plan.

Q What do you do that your competition does not do prior to the training event?

A We talk to you; we meet with you; and we collaborate with you. Human relationship skills are mission critical to a company’s growth and success. Our goal is to help you accomplish the behavior change you seek. PerspectiveView wants to establish long-term relationships with companies who believe, as we do, that operational excellence thrives on emotional intelligence. At no cost to you, we will meet with you and your staff to discuss your training needs and demonstrate how our Learning Dynamics deliver the real, lasting results you expect from your training and development investment.

Workshops

Q What kind of people attend your workshops?

A Individual contributors, Associates, Supervisors and Managers.

Q What is the recommended class size "Improving bottom line"?

A In order to optimize the learning needs of individuals we recommend 12 participants per workshop, but we allow up to 20. There is a correlation between demonstrating the skills learned in the classroom, (level II evaluation), and participant-to-trainer ratios. We recommend 12 participants with 1 trainer/coach. With larger groups, like 20, two trainers are required. Some workshops are limited to 6 participants. For example, in the Presentation Skills Workshop, we recommend 1 trainer/coach for every 6 presenters.

Q How do you tailor the workshop so it fits our target population?

A Preparation is the key. Among other things, we interview our client contact and ask to speak with subject matter experts from within the company. This information is used to tailor our role-plays and presentations, so examples are current and relevant to your world.

Q What makes your designs unique or better than your competition?

A We help employees break through the invisible yet real barriers that impede communication and cooperation. To become effective listeners, communicators, negotiators and facilitators, as well as effective presenters, individuals have to do more than listen to lectures and memorize sets of rules for different situations. Learning Dynamics is all about helping people break old habits and adapt new patterns of behaviors. Through behavioral modeling and skill-based training, (in-house workshops, public seminars and one-on-one coaching), we help people get along better so they can be more productive. Best of all, participants practice applying these skills so they can turn knowledge into action and profitable outcomes.

Public Workshops

Q Where are your workshops held?

A  In a variety of venues.

  • We conduct Public Seminars in a private, quiet country club facility. This location provides an ambiance that creates a positive environment for individuals to relax and learn. (Click here for specific address information for these Public Workshops.)
  • Finally, we hold in-house workshops at your company’s site, or at a location of your choice (i.e., local hotel conference center).

Q How do I print off the pre-work if I don't have a password or I lost it?

A  Once you register, we will contact you with information on the workshop's location, as well as how to access pre-work. If you lose your pre-work and/or password, simply e-mail us at: Sales@PerspectiveView.com and let us know which pre-work you need. Someone will respond to you within 48 hours or sooner.
